Sweet & Spicy Pork Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients

Sauce:
1½ Tbsp NAKANO® Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1½ tsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sriracha
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced ginger

 

Stir Fry:
8 oz. ramen noodles
1 Tbsp oil
1 clove minced garlic
½ Tbsp minced ginger
½ lb boneless pork chop, thinly sliced
1½ lbs stir fry vegetables
chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together, set aside.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ramen and cook according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Add the oil to a large skillet over medium heat, then add garlic, ginger and cook 1 minute.

Add the pork to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3 minutes and then add vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add ramen to the skillet, pour sauce on top and toss together, using tongs until coated. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
